Lovely service, drink prices are amazing, didn’t stay in the hotel but I can only imagine it being worth the price would recommend if looking for a cozy pub
Excellent team and great food, really exceptional. The rooms are tired but the main thing for me is the bed is fresh and clean and it was thank you for looking after us.
To be clear we went to the pub for food - we did not stay in the rooms. My partner got back late off of the train, we couldn't be bothered to cook so we popped our heads in to ask for a table. We're very glad we did. It is great. Lovely small local pub with a great "pub grub" menu. It's about as expensive you'd expect a non-chain pub to be in the current (Sept 2023) economy. The food was immaculate, the service was great too. Really cool find and highly recommend to anyone using Barnetby train station!!
I'd like to say what a great place my son has moved to the area so I'm always there helping him out and we thought we would pop and have a look well I've been 5 times for food ace great food great beer staff are lovely popped in last night with the wife had another great meal
A hidden little gem. Met up with a friend for lunch as its sort of half way for both of us to drive and meet . I had a combo platter, the other half had a burger and our friend had salmon salad. We were very impressed with the food, the way it was cooked, how much food was on the plates. Its definitely going to be our meet up spot from now on. The lady serving was friendly and polite, the pub clean and cosy and lots of outside space. It was quiet when we went on a Monday but I would imagine it gets quite busy on holidays and weekends.
